Urgent Criteria
If you have any of the below, you can walk in to any clinics.
- I have painful genital ulcers and/or need repeat medication. (Herpes)
- I need emergency contraception
- I have had unprotected sex in the last 72 hours with someone at high risk of HIV and may require PEP
- I am currently taking PEP
- I am here for syphilis treatment
- I have been sexually assaulted
- I am 16 or under
- I have been diagnosed with an STI via online or another service and require treatment.
- I have pain in my testicles
- IUD/S Problems: Pain/bleeding/lost threads
- Implant Problems:
- Pain/altered sensation with implant
- Redness, swelling, oozing with implant
- Unable to feel implant
Telephone triage system in place, limited slots patients with urgent needs prioritised
